When I had Scarlett, I really didn't use a pack and play with her too much. We had one, but she spent most of her time on the floor playing with me. I never felt the need to put her in there to get work done around the house or cook, I just did it at nap time. But obviously your whole world changes with two children, and I'll certainly need to put my baby in a safe spot for him to sleep or play while I get what I need done when Scarlett is home.
The Lotus Travel Crib arrived and I was eager to see it in person. I couldn't believe how compact it was once I saw it in the carry bag. An instruction manual came with it to show you how to unpack it as well as how to fold it back up. Once I had it out of the bag, it was so small! It's so much smaller than a traditional pack and play and will take up hardly any room wherever you keep it. I had no issues setting it up and the high quality was apparent. It's a solidly made piece and will surely last for years to come.
I instantly noticed how attractive it was with its stylish grey and black design. Due to this, it's ideal for both a boy or a girl and can be used interchangeably. The included mattress is comfortably padded for your little one and you can easily put a sheet on top to make it more cozy. It's very spacious inside and offers a lot of room for your baby to spread out in.
For when the baby is older, I hope to have him play in there with some toys when I need him to not crawl around or get into things. I'm sure Scarlett will help entertain him too.
Since the travel crib is so portable, I can guarantee we'll be bringing it with us on any future trips, as well as when we drive down to Grandma's house in December. Don't just think of it for hotels or friend's houses though, it can be brought to the beach, the park, or even back yards too.
The fantastic thing about this product is that it can be used for birth to age 3. You'll certainly get a lot of use out of it and it will come in handy so much. It's also so simple to fold back up too.
Once you fold it back up and put it in the travel bag, it can easily be stored in a closet, the garage, a trunk, or even under the bed. You never know when you'll need it! Just 4 weeks til our baby can use it. I'm sure the time will fly by.
If you're looking for a fantastic sleep/play space for your little one, Guava Family would be an ideal choice for you.
