Look Great for Back to School With SewCuteinCarolina

My favorite part of going back to school as a child was the back-to-school shopping.  Who doesn't love getting new clothes for the school year that you absolutely love? It was imperative to have a great outfit on the first day back.  I'm sure if you think back you can remember loving the outfits you wore each new year.  I know I can.  Since Scarlett is going back to school in September, I knew she needed the perfect shirt to welcome the year in.

Scarlett is entering her 3's program in exactly 30 days from today (she's going on my birthday!) and she needed to look her cutest to embrace the new school year with.  When I came across Katie's Personalized Preschool Cutie Shirt, it was definitely something I thought Scarlett would love.  My little one gravitates towards bright fun colors and prints and I knew she'd like this one.  

I chose to have the shirt made in a bigger size so I could ensure it would fit for a while.  The shirt says Little Miss Preschool Cutie with an apple and Scarlett's name underneath.  Who doesn't love the adorable multicolored cursive writing?

The shirt fits Scarlett well with some room to grow, which is always helpful.  Scarlett's going to be in a classroom that has both 3 and 4 year olds (since they combine the kids), but the room will be divided in half.  I think she'll enjoy being with the older kids and it will help her to feel like a big girl.  Time is really flying and she's growing up fast!

I think I'll pair the shirt with a cute pair of shorts and pink or black sandals.  Of course you can't forget an adorable bow to match too! What I like about this shirt is that since it's a custom shirt, I can guarantee no other child will be wearing it.
