On the upside, losing no additional pounds is a lot better than gaining so I'll take it. I have a few functions coming up where unhealthy options will be made available to me and I'll have to do the best I can. It's impossible to always bring Nutrisystem food with you or eat it at all times.
I still am concerned about gaining weight back once I'm done with this program. This is something I want to address with my Nutrisystem contact this week. I haven't worked this hard to lose weight in a long time and it would really disappoint me to see all of my hard work go to waste.
I've still been drinking lots of water and eating fresh fruits and veggies. Right now, I have strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and raspberries in my house. These are quick and easy snacks and sides for meals that are my go-to picks. Who doesn't love berries? You can't forget about delicious roasted beans and carrots which I have in ziploc containers in my fridge for easy access.
