Tribut Apparel Review and Giveaway

I've been a fan of music for as far back as I can remember.  My mom kept a radio in my room that was always on when I was a baby.  When I went to bed as a child, I kept the radio on all night. There's just something comforting about falling asleep to your favorite radio station.  If I'm home, the radio is usually always on.  You can see the reoccurring musical pattern here throughout my life! I have so many favorite songs both past and present that I love to sing along to when I hear them.  Go ahead and put your favorite song on today!

I've always been a fan of everything vintage, not only music but clothes, television shows, and more.  I gravitate towards top 40 hits and classic rock of the 60's/70's/80s.  Don't get me wrong, I enjoy current music of today but songs just aren't made the same anymore  I own a record player and I regularly play records ranging from Carole King and Blondie to Guns n Roses and Stevie Nicks.  As you can see, my taste is diverse.  For my 16th birthday,  my parents took me to see Cyndi Lauper.  I'm only 26 now, but I can guarantee most 16 year olds don't listen to her music!  I've always had unique interests and I'm proud of that.

When I came across Tribut Apparel's Big Mess T-Shirt, I just knew I had to have it.  The old-school cassette tape featured on the shirt was so cute.  The big mess aspect of the shirt represents those moments in life when we can't find ourselves, and somehow music always helps us put things back in order. 

This isn't me, but I do love all of the records in the background. I wonder if the woman would let me have some?

Since I'm pregnant, most things don't fit me normally or even at all.  I ordered the t-shirt in a much larger size than I am and hoped that it would fit.  Luckily it did, and it wasn't too short and covered my belly well.  It's very comfortable on and is loose.  I don't like when clothes fit too tightly.  The pink is a soft shade of pink that I can best describe as salmon.  How cute is the cassette graphic? I love the ribbon that is wound out of it.  Everyone's experienced the annoyance of that at some point in their life. This shirt is perfect for just lounging around in with sweats when you're feeling lazy.  It held up well after being washed and I didn't notice any fading or pilling.

Since I'll be at home with my daughter once she's born in a few weeks, I'm sure I'll be wearing this with a zip-up hoodie since it's starting to get colder.  If you're looking for a comfortable shirt that's unique, this one is perfect.
