Paella, the new love of my life.
If you guys have never had Paella before, you need to try it asap! This is a Spanish dish that consists of rice with seafood (shrimp, mussels, etc.) It is delicious!
I had it for the first time last night and will definitely be having it again soon! I'm a big lover of seafood so this was like heaven for me.

There used to be a very good Spanish restaurant in Bethel that served the best paella ever. They only made it 2 nights a week and you had to call ahead to reserve it or it would be gone when you got there. It is amazing.
