I enjoy Silk's chocolate soymilk on a frequent basis. I love the rich, creamy chocolate taste and of course the health benefits of soy. It's funny because I only drink fat free milk, but I allow myself to have a glass of chocolate soy milk a few times a month. I just can't avoid that delicious taste!

Did you know that there were this many Silk products? I honestly didn't before doing my product research. The Silk seasonal sounds absolutely amazing and I will definitely have to look for it in the grocery store in the next few months.


Silk not only tastes delicious, it is excellent for you:

Plant-based milk alternatives like Silk soymilk, almondmilk and coconutmilk are not only excellent sources of calcium, but also Vitamin D. Each 8-ounce serving contains 45 percent of the daily recommended value of calcium and at least 25 percent of the daily recommended value of Vitamin D.
