Florida Grapefruit Review and Giveaway

It is a well known fact that grapefruits are extremely healthy for you, and have wonderful health benefits. Women are looking to amp up their diet and beauty regimens to prepare for the sundress and bathing suit season ahead. For some, this is viewed as a long and daunting process, leading many women to grow tiresome of these routines rather quickly. Many who strive to look and feel better don’t realize that they stand to benefit from little dietary shortcuts that allow them to get the most bang for their nutritional buck.



Florida Grapefruit has a rich history, dating back to 1823, when Count Odet Phillippe planted the state’s first grapefruit grove near Tampa. Before that, the first documented grapefruit tree was found in Barbados in the 1700’s.

The waterbottle is perfect for the upcoming warmer months. On my diet I'm supposed to drink a lot of water and this will help me do so, since I can see how much I've had, and how much more I have to drink. The pink color is cute too.

The resistance bands I am not so sure I will use, but who knows, maybe I will?

The totebag is perfect for taking my lunch to work in. It's roomy and will hold a lot.

The nailpolish is a bright and sunny red color that will look perfect on my toes once I get a pedicure in the mid spring. I love red nailpolish and this one is very pretty.
