Handy International Review and Giveaway

I am a huge fan of seafood. Crabs, shrimp, oysters, mussels? I'll gobble them all up happily. I am not one to turn down seafood, and I am always up for trying different ways they are prepared.

I was sent 6 boxes of crabcakes which contained 2 crabcakes each. I made them for dinner tonight.


I popped them into the oven and anxiously awaited my kitchen timer to ding, signaling that the cakes were done. Once I heard the beautiful sound of the kitchen timer, I knew it was time to dig in. This is a picture of the cakes fresh out of the oven. Mm, can you smell and taste them now?


These cakes are beautiful and large. I've never seen a crab cake that wasn't breaded before, so this was unusual for me. I love that you can see the luscious chunks of crab in each cake. Once I bit into the soft cake that I put on a bread roll, it was heaven. There was barely any "cake" which I really loved. It wasn't a lot of fluff, just mouth-watering chunks of crab. The cakes were moist, juicy, and warm from being in the oven. They were delicious and probably one of the best crab cakes I've ever had in my life. These were gluten free, but I didn't notice a real taste difference at all. The flavor of the crab was fresh and excellent. My boyfriend and I loved them!
