I was sent a Friis 12 oz stainless steel coffee vault canister.


Full flavor starts with fresh coffee. The COFFEE VAULT - 12oz blocks out light and air to seal in flavor. The Friis Freshness Valve vents away trapped CO2 gas created during the roasting process. Stored in a cool, dry place, your coffee stays rich and full of flavor. Simply put, the COFFEE VAULT - 12 oz keeps your coffee fresh longer.

The Friis Coffee Vault - 12 oz model features a 48 fluid oz stainless steel base with an all black BPA free polymer lid. It measures 6"H x 5"D. It holds 12 oz (3/4 pound) of coffee beans or 16 oz of ground coffee. Also included is six month supply of Friis freshness valves, and getting started instructions.

I gave this to my mom as she is a big coffee drinker, while I am not. She was very pleased with this canister. Her kitchen has black and silver appliances in it, and the canister matches perfectly and is attractive. It holds a lot of coffee and she liked that it could hold beans or ground coffee. My mom put coffee beans in hers. The product locks securely and stays closed and tight well. The airtight seal keeps out air and keeps your coffee fresh and delicious. The canister is easy to open and close, and it does both with ease. I like that a six month supply of freshness valves were included too. It looks perfect sitting on her countertop and she couldn't be more pleased. She will never have unfresh coffee again!
