I'm a big fan of candles, and have many throughout my house. I love the way they look, and of course the way they smell too. Nothing smells better than lighting your favorite scented candles and having your house filled with the delicious aroma of a warm apple pie candle, or even a nice raspberry tart candle.

I've never seen candles as nice as Votivo's. Their attention to detail is incredibly evident in these candles and they are of high quality. They are absolutely gorgeous and smell heavenly. I love the boxes that they come in too.

I was sent two candles to review. I received Icy Blue Pine and Merry Memories. These candles are great for the upcoming holiday season too.

The Icy Blue Pine is a potent powerful punch of prickly pine pleasure with the underpinnings of sweet and spicy stripped cedar bark topped with merry crumbles of crystallized, ice cubes – the suspended delight of wintery wonderland adventure.



I love the ice blue of the candle. It smells great, and before I even opened the box I could smell it. It's a powerful candle! and would make a fabulous Christmas present for a friend for family. I love the silver jar that it comes in too. It's extremely stylish looking. The candle is 8.5 oz and burns for 50-60 hours, which is quite a while. I can imagine someone having this candle and lighting it while making a pumpkin or pecan pie, the combination of the pie baking along with the candle would smell amazing.



The Merry Memories candle from Greenleaf is a merry mix of cinnamon, vanilla, and clove, blended with delightful green sugared pear.

This candle smells just like Christmas. When I opened the package and smelled it, I thought this was virtually Christmas in a candle form. The glass jar is beautiful and very elegant. The candle is a nice red color. This candle would be great lit for Christmas dinner, or even decorating your tree. It has such a warm, inviting smell to it, and I know it would bring people together. It would also make a great gift too. The flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, and clove mix together work so well and compliment each other immensely. The candle is 9.5 oz and burns for 80 hours, which is a long time to enjoy it! I can't say enough good things about these candles. I truly will enjoy having these lit in my home.
